PayPal® Checkout is an approved Verisign Identity Protection company which uses the latest data encryption technology to ensure that your credit card information is safe when using our online ordering system. PayPal® Checkout accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You may be referred directly to them to resolve issues with your payment account. We reserve the right to only ship products to confirmed addresses. Once an order is confirmed and payment is accepted the shipping process has begun and we are unable to change or cancel the order.
Currently AllPointsHobbies.com ships only to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Orders are shipped either United States Postal Service or Federal Express Ground, with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska and Canada (additional shipping charges will be applied). Full freight is charged to the customer and all orders are processed the within 2-3 days from the time they are received and normally ship from our distributors warehouse within 3 days Monday thru Friday. Shipping times will vary depending on location. Shipping times shown are estimated and are not guaranteed. Allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping. Actual delivery times may be longer. Purchaser assumes all responsibility once the package leaves our facility. If the package is damaged in any way upon arrival it is the purchasers responsibility to make a claim with the shipping carrier. (Due to shipping regulations, flammable items cannot be shipped outside of the continental United States)
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
At AllPointsHobbies.com we do not to list out of stock items if we can help it. We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, but unfortunately from time to time an out of stock item slips by us and gets listed on the site. In the event an order is placed for an out of stock item, the item will be placed on back order. Normal back order wait period is two weeks, but this may vary due to availability. Once the item is received in our inventory it will be shipped and a notification along with a tracking number will be emailed. We apoligize for an inconvenience this may cause and ask that you check our site periodically, for we are updating all the time.
Approval must first be obtained from AllPointsHobbies.com before returning any merchandise. Returned items will be credited or replaced when accompanied by an invoice number. If the item has been opened and determined to be damaged or missing parts the damaged item must include a complete list of missing/damaged parts. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier. Once an order ships AllPointsHobbies.com claims no responsibility for damages sustained during shipping.
